Extrusion System
Parts description: Adopting a specially designed screw with a length to diameter ratio of 25:1. Adopting a gradient screw form with a mixing head, and the plasticization of the raw materials is uniform. The color mixing effect is significant and visible. Different screw types are equipped for different raw materials. The screw and bottle are made of high-quality nitrided steel 38CrMOALA, with surface nitriding treatment, greatly improving the wear resistance and service life of the screw and bottle.
The heating of the injection system adopts an imported automatic temperature controller (touch screen type). The hopper seat is connected to circulating water for cooling, so that the feeding port is not sticky. The injection platform is also equipped with a forward and backward moving oil cylinder, which facilitates adjusting the injection nozzle to align with the center position of the injection mold gate.
Pick up manipulator (optional)
Adopting cylinder transmission, stable and reliable operation; The mechanical arm car is equipped with buffering devices in both the front and back, ensuring low impact; A complete cooling system ensures smooth product delivery.
Hydraulic System
The SD750 injection and blowing machine adopts an electro-hydraulic servo control circuit. The oil pump adopts NVICKS and three pump control. The hydraulic pump and valve adopt a world brand, hydraulic control combination, making the system precise control and smooth movement. The oil pipe adopts a buckle type joint, ensuring the reliability of the entire oil circuit system.
Electric Control System
The SD750 control system is a fully automatic, high-speed machine, electrical, and hydraulic integrated control system designed by computer optimization. It has the characteristics of easy operation, simple and easy to learn process parameter settings, and fault alarm display.
The electrical equipment adopts the Delta Omron series programmable controller, with a total of 2048 input and output ports, equipped with a touch screen, mechanical operation button type, imported photoelectric switch, and electronic ruler.
