The 5 gallon bottled water production line mainly includes: pure or spring water production equipment, manual or automatic de-capping machine, manual or automatic 5-gallon barrel outside washing machine, three in one machine for washing, filling and capping, lamp checking machine, manual or automatic sleeve shrink labeling machine, steam sealing machine, and bottle cap coding machine.
- Pure or Spring Water Production Equipment
It is the base for bottled water filling, and normally consists of ultra-filtration system and reverse osmosis system. Ultra-filtration system is used for natural spring water, and reverse osmosis system is used for underground water and tap water etc. Final finished water type depends on client’s raw water type and quality.
- De-capping Machine
Due to the 5 gallon bottle can be recycled, so the used bottle cap needs to be removed before a new production cycle. Normally there are manual de-capping machine and automatic de-capping machine for choosing based on actual production capacity.
- Bottle Outside Washing Machine
Bottle outside should be clean when enter into filling machine, especially for used bottle, the outside needs to be washed carefully. There are both manual type and automatic type for choosing based on actual production output.
- 3-in-1 Bottle Inside Washing Filling and Capping Machine
This machine adopts multichannel washing liquid spray and disinfectant spray to achieve the purpose of washing and disinfection.The disinfectant can be recycled too. After that, RO or UF treated water flushing will be the last step for washing before filling.
- Lamp checking, Sleeve shrink labeling machine, and Steam Sealing Machine
After filling, the bottled water will goes along the conveyor to accept lamp checking, to make sure whether there is any leaking or impurity in finished product. Then it will go into sleeve shrink part, and the label can be put around the bottle neck manually or automatically based on production output requirements. Then it will go to steam sealing machine to tighten the label.
- Bottle cap coding machine.
This is the last step of production, and it will remark the date of manufacturer by ink jet printing machine or laser printing machine based on your requirements.
This series of production lines can automatically wash, disinfect, fill, cover, count and output. It has the characteristics of complete functions, novel design and high degree of automation. It is a new type of drinking water bucket equipment integrating machinery, electricity and gas.
